Voice Actor Noriaki Sugiyama Noriaki Sugiyama is a professional Japanese voice actor. As you might know, voice acting in Japan is a respected job, so naturally voice actors are held in high regard. Noriaki Sugiyama has voiced a number of roles in popular anime shows and radio dramas, among which most famous are Sasuke from Naruto and Ishida Uryu from Bleach. He's also something of a singer and has released several albums. Noriaki Sugiyama was born on March 9th, 1976 in Japan.
